Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At AC Esthetics & Wellness, we highly value your time and ours. In order to provide the best service to all our clients and maintain fairness to our team, we have a strict cancellation and no-show policy.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines

  • 72 Hours Notice (No Charge)
    Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with no penalty if done at least 72 hours (3 days) before their scheduled service time.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice – $80 Fee
    Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a $80 fee. This fee may be applied toward your rescheduled appointment if it is rebooked within 14 days.

  • Same-Day Cancellations – Full Charge
    If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

  • No-Show Policy – 100% Service Charge
    Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service booked.

Payment Failure or Declined Card

If your card is declined and we are unable to collect the applicable fee:

  • You will not be eligible to book or receive future services at AC Esthetics & Wellness until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

  • Continued failure to resolve the payment may result in permanent suspension of services.
