Welcome to AC Esthetics & Wellness! To ensure the best possible experience for all clients and team members, please review our policies before booking your service.Booking And Appointments
● All appointments must be booked online or directly through our front desk.
● A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment — you will not be charged unless a cancellation or no-show policy is triggered.
Rescheduling Policy
● We understand life happens! You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty.
● Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% late rescheduling fee.
Cancellation Policy
● Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
● Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
● No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Multiple no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
● We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure the full length of your service.
● If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients. A $20 late rescheduling fee may apply after 15 minutes.
Payments:
● We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.
● Gratuities are welcomed in cash or through Venmo (details available at checkout).
● All product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Product Return Policy
● Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
● If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement.
Medical Disclosure
● Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or recent treatments during the consultation.
● AC Esthetics & Wellness is not liable for adverse reactions if a client fails to disclose necessary information.
Children And Guests
● To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, we ask that children and extra do not company you to your appointment unless pre-approved.
Photos And Before/After
● We may take photos of your skin for progress tracking and educational purposes. Any marketing use will only be done with your signed consent.
● Consent forms are required before services and are securely stored.
Pre-Treatment And Aftercare
● Please follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by your esthetician to ensure optimal results.
● Failure to follow guidelines may impact the outcome of your service, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
